These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to herein as "Member" or "User") and 365huat (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Company"). Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong solely to the member. 365huat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership where necessary. Third-party funds are not permitted.
Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account is active and fully verified. Withdrawal limits are as follows:
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering. If the original deposit method is unavailable, 365huat will contact the member to reach an alternative resolution.
